- 250g fresh cucamelon
- 150g pickled cucamelon

🍴 Preparation
- Prepare the dressing: In a bowl, mix yogurt, mayo, and fresh cream until smooth
and creamy.
- Prep the ingredients: Chop fresh dill and mint leaves finely, slice red onions
thinly,
halve the purple olives, and crumble the feta cheese.
- Combine cucamelons: In a large salad bowl, add the fresh cucamelons (whole or
halved) and pickled cucamelons.
- Mix it all together: Add the chopped dill, mint leaves, red onions, olives, and
crumbled feta to the
cucamelons.
- Add the dressing: Pour the creamy dressing over the salad and toss gently to
coat everything evenly.
- Final touch: Drizzle with salad dressing and toss once more.
- Chill & serve: Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes before serving for best flavor.
